Bone Builders and the Senior Dinner Clubs are overseen by Pro Action of Steuben-Yates.

Provides non-medical in-home services including help with bathing, eating, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry based on need. The service also includes a care manager whose responsibility is to determine the individual's needs.

Provides information and referral on a multitude of services including help in planning for independence and financial stability while managing disabilities or challenges of aging. This program is available to anyone in need of long term care information. Also can assist with PRI Screening (Patient Review Instrument).

Offers case management including advocacy and empowerment, nutrition assistance, and one-on-one volunteer support program to clients and families. Provides referrals related for medical and legal issues, spiritual needs, mental health support, HIV antibody testing, and prevention education programs focusing on: HIV information, prevention, and risk reduction.

Plans are evaluated and updated as the individual progresses and to ensure all support and services are meeting the individual's needs. Also assists individuals with services such as future planning, residential planning, recreation, residential habilitation, day habilitation, reimbursement, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.
