SAFETY, SECURITY, AND SUCCESS INITIATIVE/PARENT SUPPORT INITIATIVE - CHWC | CHILDREN'S HOME OF WYOMING CONFERENCE

Delivers high-quality interventions, improves family functioning, supports healthy relationships, and decreases the potential for out-of-home-placement. Family Partners and Family Aides provide direct family support, parent skills training, case management support, and parenting education opportunities. The PSI program is modeled after the 3SI program, and offers all the services that 3SI offers, incorporating supervised visits for youth transitioning home after foster care.

Provides local alternative for counties needing to place children at a higher level of care that a county-level foster home can provide. Therapeutic foster homes specialize in the care of children with psychologically, social, emotional and behavioral health care needs who can respond in close relationships within a family setting and whose special needs require more intense or therapeutic services. Also recruits and trains individuals and families to act as foster parents to children in need of out of home care.

Treatment Program | CASA-Trinity of Hornell - Outpatient

Offers an outpatient treatment facility for adults and adolescents that want to overcome substance use disorders including chemical use and dependency, as well as internet addiction and gambling addiction. Provides evaluations/assessments, group therapy, individual counseling, case management, consultations, toxicology screenings, community referrals, follow-up care/transitional services, family counseling, and relapse prevention groups. Transitional Services for Young Adults | AIM Independent Living Center - Chemung County Outreach Office

Provides coordinated transitional services and training to help students move from school to post-school life in order to live as independently and self-directing as possible. Also allows participants to explore and observe a variety of jobs and work settings, including job training and coaching.
