Easy to use medical alarm devices, bracelets and pendants give users push-of-a-button access to trained Emergency Care Specialists and all the medical services they need 365 days a year.

Program obtains non-medical in home services including respite, emergency response systems and personal care aides.

Offers personal emergency response systems for seniors or individuals with disabilities who live alone and in case of an emergency can press the response button and help is immediately dispatched. Also available are services with reminders for daily medication.

Offers a telephone-based emergency responses system that links an individual at home to 24 hour emergency assistance. The system consists of a home communicator unit attached to the subscribers telephone, a personal call button worn by the subscriber and a Emergency Response Center.

Office for the Aging offers the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program (EISEP) that provides individuals with both case management and non-medical in-home services, such as meal preparation, and assistance with household chores and shopping. This program is available to those who are income eligible, and is designed to either delay or eliminate the need for nursing home or institutional long term care.

Hudson Valley Home Care's Lifeline Program provides emergency response systems to enable people to feel more comfortable in their own homes. The Lifeline staff is available 24 hours per day to meet the needs of their clients.

Offers frail and handicapped older adults emergency response services, medical alerts as well as medication dispensers. Lifeline Central provides twenty-four hour monitoring cellular units and push button technology and the ability to communicate in over 140 languages with clients.

Offers information, referral, and assistance to obtain needed services. Provides counseling and consultation on caregiving issues and long term care planning. Offers support programs such as In Home Respite Care, Personal Emergency Response System, and Adult Day Services.
