Pre-existing damages to the interior of the property caused by a leaking roof are not covered through this program. The work will be done by an approved City contractor. Owners are not allowed to perform their own work. A public drawing will be held. You do not need to be present. If you are selected you will be notified in writing. All selected pre-applications will be forwarded to Action for a Better Community (ABC) for processing. Review: ABC will review the selected pre-applications to confirm compliance with the requirements. Those that meet the requirements will be sent to the City. Letter of Approval: City will send homeowners a letter of approval outlining the next steps.
