Offers a variety of activities and programs for teens to encourage reading, socialization, and participation, such as the Teen Library Council, Anime Club, and Gaming Group.

Offers participants themed activities and lessons in scientific exploration, character development, culinary activities, physical fitness, arts and crafts, and weekly field trips. Program is run by qualified child care professionals for eight weeks throughout the summer. Each week has a specific theme. Breakfast is provided.

The Discovery Program is an outreach program which consists of an introductory slide show and hands on activities, an all day field trip and a follow-up visit with hands-on activities concerning pollution. Also offers an organized program of activities for community residents and provides all necessary equipment. Facilities include, Block Park, Forsyth Park Zoo, Hasbrouck Park, Hutton Park, Kingston Point Beach, Loughran Park, Municipal Swimming Pool, Rondout Center, Mid-town Neighborhood Center, and Rondout Landing Docks.
