Provides psychiatric outpatient services to clients ages 18 and older.

Provides outpatient individual, group, conjoint and family counseling, therapy groups, medication and other mental health services for community residents, especially those who have acute or chronic psychiatric disorders or who may be experiencing difficulty resolving personal or interpersonal conflicts or making personal adjustments to stressful life situations such as separation, divorce, widowhood, loss of a child, poor health, unemployment, family violence, delinquency or substance abuse. Services are offered to adults and children.

Offers wide range of mental health services, including evaluation, crisis intervention, and on-going therapy for a full range of psychiatric disorders.

Offers supervised meetings where you can share similar experiences in a comfortable, caring setting. Depending on your needs, some health care support groups assist with specific conditions and issues, while others are more general in nature. Some of our support groups include: Bereavement Support Group; Breast Cancer Support Group; Breastfeeding Support Group; Cancer Family Support Groups; Caregiver Support Group; Diabetes Support Group; Dialysis Support Group; Gastric Sleeve Support Group; Prostate Cancer Support Group and Stroke Support Group. Outpatient mental health services including individual, marital, family, parent, and group therapy; depression and anxiety counseling; psychiatric assessment and treatment; medication management and provision; crisis intervention and case management; specialized programs in stress management; domestic violence intervention for victims and perpetrators; and trauma recovery.

Provides outpatient mental health evaluation and treatment for adults by a team of psychiatrists and social workers. Services include individual, family and group therapy, and medication management. Also available are mental health services for the homeless.

Provides outpatient behavioral health services to adults 18 years and older. Serves children under 18 ONLY if they are experiencing first episode psychosis. Treatment types include individual and group therapy. Services are provided by psychiatrists, nurses, and licensed clinical staff. Offers the NAVIGATE Program, a specialized evidence-based program for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. Also offers a behavioral health walk-in clinic (The Help Center) that does not require an appointment. The Help Center offers immediate support for individuals who may be experiencing a crisis and/or are in need of behavioral health services and linkage to a community provider. The Help Center is an alternative to ECMC's Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) for those who are NOT experiencing suicidal thoughts/behaviors.

A CCBHC is a community-based clinic that offers integrated mental health and substance use care, along with crisis services and care coordination. Instead of navigating multiple systems, individuals can receive support through a single, connected team. Provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, all in one place. Services include but are not limited to:

• Individual, family, and group counseling
• Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
• Substance use treatment, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Integrated mental health and substance use care
• Crisis support, including walk-in and same-day services when available
• Care coordination and peer support
• Trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies

Translation services and telehealth services available.

Offers a wide range of comprehensive mental health services including counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), individual and group therapy, trauma based treatments, treatment for children, medication evaluation and services. Counseling and treatment available for people having problems with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, anger management, or post-partum depression. Provides a response to mental health emergencies. Also makes referrals for Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) and Care Coordination.

Offers individual, group, and psychiatric services to adolescents and adults utilizing a Person Centered approach.

Free and confidential counseling for Broome County youth (8-21 yrs). Parental permission not required, but family involvement is encouraged. Provides assessment, short-term counseling, referral, psycho- educational group counseling (anger management, self- esteem, social skills, and parenting) and coordination of services to youth and their families.
