* Offers adult outpatient clinic. Provides assessments which are completed by a licensed mental health practitioner in order to determine the level of care a patient may need. Provides Individual, family and group therapy. Provides Psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Linkage/referral to other needed services that are beyond the scope of the adult outpatient service.* Provides children's outpatient clinic. Provides comprehensive evaluation/screening which looks at psychiatric, emotional, social, family and medical issues of the child including drop in hours. Provides outpatient mental health services for individuals ages 5 to 17 years.

Provides mental health counseling and medication management to youth ages 5 to 18 years.

Provides mental health counseling to individuals ages 5 years and older. Offers individual, family, and group therapy. Provides counseling for anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, family concerns, anger, and emotional issues related to ADHD, and other learning disabilities.

* Provides services and programs to the residents of the area served including: College Bound - program for high school-aged youth to support and encourage applying to and attending college. Community Outreach - Information and referral program to services that assist in achieving self-sufficiency. Childhood counseling and Intervention program Family preservation program - Improves family and school functioning to prevent out-of-home placement for at-risk youth. Individual, couple, family, and group counseling Healthy Relationships of the Finger Lakes - offers programs for young couples, parents, and other family members designed to build strong relationships and improve parenting skills.

Provides mental health counseling and medication management for individuals ages 5 years and older.

Provides outpatient services for dually-diagnosed clients in addiction recovery. Services include medication assisted therapy, evaluations and assessments, group and individual counseling, medication management, care coordination, and discharge planning.

Provides mental health counseling and medication management for individuals ages 18 years and older. Telemental health services is currently only being offered during the COVID pandemic.

Provides psychiatric outpatient services to clients ages 18 and older.

* Provides integrated outpatient mental health clinic that offers adult and child psychiatry, psychological testing, group and individual psychotherapy, case management, health monitoring services and comprehensive substance use disorder treatment including Suboxone and other Medication Assisted Treatments. Youth counseling. School-based assessment, counseling, and referral services for youth experiencing personal problems, family problems, alcohol and/or other drug-related issues are offered. Prevention education services are taught to a universal school population. Alcoholism program. Alcohol and other drug evaluations, adolescent services, impaired driver services, individual counseling, group counseling - specific to identified needs, integration of services between Addiction and Mental Health Clinics, forensic services, vocational/educational counseling, family therapy, and referrals.

Offers resources, support, and connection to individuals and their families struggling with an addiction. Services include, individual, group, and family counseling as well as community support such as free narcan training.

* Offers a variety of individual and group mental health services, including:Group therapy. Individual therapy.Art/ Music therapy. Spiritual therapy. Medication management.

Provides citizens of Tioga County with affordable access to services and supports which are necessary to assist them to be productive, caring, and contributing members of the community.

Assists children and their families with a multidisciplinary team to provide support during and after treatment. Provides services to children ages 5 to 18 years, who have problems that range from mild behavior disorders to psychiatric illnesses.

* Helps Veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Military sexual trauma regain their lives by providing quality clinical and case management. Services include: Individual mental health counseling. Group therapy. Support therapies (Art). Case management. Specialized groups to support reintegration.

* Provides confidential mental health counseling via phone, video counseling, and in-person to service members, veterans, and their loved ones.* Provides no cost care to a few other carefully selected populations, including victims of natural and man-made disasters, survivors of gun violence and their families, victims of crime, and survivors of abuse and assault.* Serves the above populations through the following types of volunteer mental health professionals and services: Psychologist, Psychiatrists, licensed marriage and family counselors, licensed clinical social workers, pastoral counselors. Individual, martial, group, and family services.

Offers health care advocacy, diabetes and chronic disease prevention, outpatient mental health services and school-based mental health services.
