In addition the Long Beach Literacy Zone and Family Welcome Center provides assessment, case management and support services. Works with individuals to claim compensation assistance through the New York State Office of Victim Services. Provides training and community education programming.

The Center for Problem Gambling provides specialized counseling treatment to problem gamblers and their family members through individual, group, family and marital counseling. The Center for Problem Gambling also provides community presentations to increase awareness about the problems of compulsive gambling.

Provides a safe, supportive home for runaway or homeless youth ages 16 to 21. The program helps young people build life skills, gain confidence, and prepare for independence through case management, education and career planning, counseling, and recreational activities. Participants learn essential skills for self-sufficient living, including decision-making, money management, and independent living. TTLP is free, and all youth apply for temporary assistance through DSS. Eligible youth include males and females, including pregnant and parenting youth, who meet the HUD definition of homelessness.
