The Mobile Crisis Team is a team of Licensed Mental Health Professionals, Support Staff, and Peer / Family Advocates available to any Chautauqua County resident experiencing a mental health crisis or distress during non-business hours. The Mobile Crisis Team provides access to Licensed Mental Health Professionals for telephone and/or face to face mental health assessment and crisis intervention, resolution of crisis in the least restrictive setting and least intrusive manner possible, prevention of unnecessary emergency department (ED) visits, and linkage to appropriate community mental health resources for ongoing treatment and stabilization. Monitoring services are also provided for up to 72 hours for individuals who have been released from mental health hospital stays. Also offers mental health training for community organizations and mental health professionals.

The hospital's Partial Hospitalization provides intensive psychiatric services for clients who require intensive treatment, but can function more readily outside a twenty-four hour a day inpatient program. The program operates Monday through Friday during the day time hours, but program staff are available on call or clients outside of regular hours.

Comprehensive outpatient treatment services provided by licensed clinicians and psychiatrist. Services include: - Evidence-based treatment for a wide variety of mental health disorders, included, but not limited to First Episode Psychosis (FEP), schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, transitional youth and post-traumatic stress disorder - Individual and group therapy - Medication evaluation and monitoring - Clozaril Clinic (successful in the treatment of schizophrenia) - NAVIGATE Program for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis - Specialized treatment for individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder - Help Center: A voluntary community resource that offers evaluations by qualified therapists to individuals who have urgent mental health needs. Provides intervention for children, adolescents, adults, and groups who have been exposed to traumatic events such as homicide, suicide, aggravated assault, or community violence. Individuals, families, and the community are offered critical incident stress management which provides education, normalization, and relief of trauma symptoms. When necessary, referrals to support groups and/or on-going counseling services are provided. Follow-up visits are provided as needed to promote the recovery of individuals suffering from the effects of trauma.

Provides the following services for children and adults with developmental disabilities: - Behavior Management - Counseling - Crisis Intervention - Parenting Skills Training for parents of children with developmental disabilities, ages birth to 21 years - Respite (Day/Evening) for children/youth under 21 - Saturday Life Skills Program for children with developmental disabilities and their families; 10 week program held 4 times a year - Adult Day Habilitation Programs: specialized community-based programming for adults with developmental disabilities - Vocational and Employment Services offers support for individuals with developmental and other disabilities and delays who are seeking employment including pre-vocational training and supported employment - Behavioral Health Services provides short-term interventions for children and young adults struggling with behavioral, social, and emotional challenges - Feeding Clinic for children from birth to age 12 with feeding and mealtime concerns

Registration for Salvation Army Programs (Project Bundle Up, Long Point Camp, Christmas Assistance, etc.)

Provides a variety of support services for those with mental illness and their families. Support groups, educating the patient and family about specific mental illness and treatments, along with with advocating for clients when other services are needed. Family services are available in all three counties. However, adult services available only in Clinton County.
