Offers a warm, caring and experienced music therapy program with therapists. The therapist guides clients through a process of physical, cognitive and emotional development. Veteran services are provided for the relief and assistance in coping with physical pain, stress and anxiety with music instruction and therapy.
Provides people in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease/dementia and their caregivers education programs and social activities that improve relationships, increase confidence and decrease emotional triggers. Programs vary, but can include; early-stage educational programs, support groups, meetups, and social engagement programs such as Memory Cafes and exercise programs.

HorseAbility offers a variety of Equine Assisted Services for therapy, recreation, sport, education and/or wellness. Qualified instructors develop lesson plans that may involve riding, driving, or ground-based activities (e.g., grooming, handling, leading, observing). Through these activities participants can attain individualized horsemanship skills, and allow for the natural benefits of working with horses. No formal diagnosis is required for participation in our riding programs. HorseAbility’s lessons are open to all riders of any ability aged 3-adult.

ADRC’s interactive Music Therapy Program enables people with Alzheimer’s, and their caregivers, to revel in music’s restorative power. A professional musical therapist leads each group through a medley of familiar melodies, and participants are invited to sing, dance and play along with hand-held percussion instruments. ADRC’s Music Therapy Program is ideally suited for individuals with early to moderate stage Alzheimer’s disease or a related cognitive disorder. Each session runs for one hour at our headquarters.
Organizes visits to hospitals by volunteer musicians. The musicians perform for patients who are too sick to leave the hospital. Creates CD pharmacies for healthcare facilities as well as help patients write and record original music. Serves all locations.

Equestrian Therapy
A program which focuses on the interaction between animals and humans. Components of the program include experiencing the responsibility of brushing, washing and feeding dogs, cats, rabbits and birds. Since animals are non-judgemental, individuals with disabilities can interact comfortably with them without feeling different. All animals are evaluated and certified by The Delta Society.

Offers programs to help individuals deal with stress through alternative options. Music-assisted relaxation approaches are effective for people requiring rehabilitation and anyone needing stress relief. one is a Drumming Workshop and the other Stress Management Through Music. No prior musical experience is necessary and instruments are provided.
Mounted lessons may take place in the indoor or outdoor arenas or along our sensory trail. We have a wheelchair lift to mount riders with mobility issues & have volunteers who serve as leaders and side-walkers as needed. All activities and timing will be tailored to the rider’s individual needs. Lessons are typically 45 min, with 30-45 minutes on the horse. First-time riders at Topfield must have their individual needs assessed by our Instructional and Program staff before the first lesson. This is an additional booking that will need to be scheduled before the mounted lesson.
Provides participants with the opportunity to ride horses while improving their posture,balance,mobility, and function. Benefits may also include improved muscle tone, cognition, coordination, and motor development.
