Team of professionals that help individuals e.g., paramedics, police officers, disaster workers who have been involved in emergency operations under conditions of extreme stress or people who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event such as workplace or school violence, recover from the traumatizing effects of the experience utilizing a therapeutic technique which enables them to process the event and put it behind them. A CISD enables workers to discuss what happened, their role in the event, the impact of the experience and skills for coping with the after-effects. A CISD will generally alleviate the acute stress responses which sometimes appear at the scene or immediately thereafter and will at least inhibit delayed stress reactions which can appear days, weeks or even months later.

Provides educational services for children Grades K-8 with severe language and autism spectrum disorders. Provides speech, occupational and physical therapies, counseling, auditory training, music therapy and APE. Services provided in groups or individually. Workshops with paint, clay, colorful papers, movements, communication, music and other activities to spur creativity in individuals of all ages with physical or developmental disabilities, plus their families and caregivers.

Provides comprehensive services to assist individuals in restoring movement, promoting healing, relieving pain, and adapting to physical changes. Services provided on an inpatient and outpatient basis and include physical, occupational, and recreational therapy, speech language pathology, and rehabilitation counselors.

HorseAbility offers a variety of Equine Assisted Services for therapy, recreation, sport, education and/or wellness. Qualified instructors develop lesson plans that may involve riding, driving, or ground-based activities (e.g., grooming, handling, leading, observing). Through these activities participants can attain individualized horsemanship skills, and allow for the natural benefits of working with horses. No formal diagnosis is required for participation in our riding programs. HorseAbility’s lessons are open to all riders of any ability aged 3-adult.
