Detoxification services provide medical stabilization for patients suffering from physical symptoms of withdrawal from alcohol and other addictive substances, such as heroin, cocaine, amphetamines, and inhalants. Rehabilitation services offer a structured setting to help patients achieve and maintain a substance-free lifestyle. education in problem solving, stress management and relapse management is provided. The length of stay is typically from 7 to 25 days. MICA (Mentally Ill Substance Abusers) and dual-diagnosed individuals are accepted into the program.

This 14-16 month program is made up of three phases. During the Crisis Phase, which lasts 6-8 weeks, individuals live in home-like atmospheres, sharing work assignments and are introduced to curriculum, Bible Studies, and Christian lifestyles. In the Induction Phase, which runs 4-5 months, students complete the 14 Group Studies for New Christians' and Character Quality classes. During this phase discipline and order are taught through the development and application of Christian Principles. Upon completion of the Induction Phase, male students complete the program at either the Long Island Center or the Training Center in Rehrersburg, Pennsylvania where they continue Bible Studies, attend workshops, and are provided vocational training opportunities. Provides inpatient alcohol and drug treatment to help individuals who are physically dependent during the withdrawal period. Support includes individual and group therapy and medical and prescription drug intervention as needed.

Voluntary center where individuals experiencing mental health, substance use or co-occurring crisis are provided prompt, effective, recovery-focused services. This service offers 24-hour access to behavioral health and outpatient detox treatment assistance. Medical assessment and evaluations are offered to develop individualized treatment and recovery plans. In addition, this service has 13 respite beds for up to 7 day stay for individuals in crisis, withdrawal, or transitioning from a higher level of behavioral health care but do not need hospitalization.

A specialized acute care hospital providing emergency care, crisis, medical, surgical, obstetrical/gynecological, an Area Level II Trauma Center, comprehensive cancer treatment services, and a cardiovascular program with open heart surgery, cardiac catheterization laboratory, emergency angioplasty, electrophysiology studies, and a pacemaker clinic. Good Samaritan offers a Wound Care Center, maternal/child services, a Children's Diagnostic Center, social, psychiatric and substance abuse services, certified Home Care services, and the Frank and Fannie Weiss Renal Center with kidney dialysis services.
