Eligibility for services is determined by the Developmental Disabilities Regional Field Offices (DDRFOs). Acts in a supporting role to DD State Operations Offices with regard to eligibility for others areas of statewide services including but not limited to: level of care determinations; clinical delivery and waiver service delivery; Article 16 clinics; quality improvement processes; review of audit reports for trend analysis; emergency preparedness; safety, security and maintenance; and implementation of OPWDD initiatives.

* Provides leadership, coordination, and support to prevent, protect against, prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate man-made and natural disasters and other emergencies.

Provides national leadership in conserving and wisely using soil, water and related resources through balanced, cooperative program that protects, re-stores and improves such resources, especially in these areas: conservation farming and agriculture environmental quality wildlife habitat watersheds: Lake Champlain, Chesapeake Bay Watershed Great Lakes restoration forestry grasslands wetlands highly erodible land

Provides information and assistance about all transportation within the state. Regional offices are able to provide specific information regarding their coverage area.
