Offers a choice-based food pantry to meet the needs of our members and people in the local community, many who live below the federal poverty level, at no cost. The pantries are managed and run by peer staff, with a specific focus on Veterans each Tuesday at Charlotte’s Table. Anyone in need may visit our food pantries on a weekly basis. Food pantry accepts donations of non-perishable food items Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. To donate perishable or frozen foods, please contact the pantry coordinator to schedule a drop-off date and time.
Offers a program that gives toys and gifts to low-income families at Christmas. Also accepts donations of new toys and gifts from corporations and individuals.
Enables the public to directly support the men and women in uniform by sponsoring a care package along with a personal message as a way to improve the lives of the deployed troops around the world, especially to those in Iraq and Afghanistan. Each care package contains, at a minimum, one prepaid international phone card, sunscreen, snacks, playing cards, toiletries and other items requested by service members. Donations help purchase and ship these items.

Accepts donations of medical equipment which apply to those who with muscular diseases, especially communication devices and wheelchairs, and large durable medical equipment.

Provides work-related clothing to low income women seeking employment. Women are referred to this program by agencies and organizations that deal with a variety of women's issues. The organizations may include job training programs, domestic violence agencies, and incarcerated women programs. Each client receives individual attention by appointment only. The program will accept donations from private residents, organizations and businesses of new or slightly used clothing as long as the clothing is in excellent wearable condition, laundered or dry cleaned and preferably on hangers. A Professional Women's Group (PWG) is available for women who have completed the program and are working. Donate new and gently loved women’s business clothing and accessories such as handbags, scarves and jewelry. Call us at 631-451-9127 if you would like to make a clothing or monetary donation.
