All transportation is provided on a first come, first served basis in order of priority of each program. Services for residents living in Erie, Niagara, Genesee, Orleans, and Wyoming Counties. Anyone canceling 3 times without calling will no longer receive transportation.

The Suffolk County Transit provides a local public bus system extending from the Nassau/Suffolk County line on the west to Montauk Point and Orient Point on the east. Also offered is, Suffolk County Accessible Transportation (SCAT). This program provides curb to curb service for individuals with a disability throughout Suffolk County. Each of the Towns or service providers listed below provide transportation to seniors to a variety of essential services.
