Provides early childhood education and family support services to children and families. The program goal is to offer a wide range of social and educational experiences to help prepare children and families for a successful transition into kindergarten. Services also include nutritious meals, health screenings and services for children with disabilities. Limited transportation is available to participants of the Friendship and Wellsville centers. Children and families enrolled in the home based option receive education and family services during their weekly home visit, each lasting 1.5 hours each week.

Pays for the following services, that are completed at the doctor's office, for individuals that qualify: PAPS, clinical breast exams, mammograms, colorectal cancer. Free take home Fecal Immunohistochemical Test (FIT) colorectal cancer kits available at office. Also offers assistance in obtaining wigs and gas cards for transportation to appointments. Also helps clients contact Health Insurance Navigators or Marketplace regarding questions health insurance and eligibility.
