The helpline can also be reached by texting 741741. This program is a collaboration between Orleans and Genesee County's Mental Health Departments.

A comprehensive health center offering primary care (assessment, treatment, and referral), dental clinic, health education, and diabetes education. Tuscarora Community Health Worker Program provides home-based case management services to participating women and their children and helps them overcome barriers to care. Workers help identify complicating factors that make it difficult for clients to access the care they need; assist in enrolling pregnant women into prenatal care and children into primary care; assist in enrolling for services such as WIC, Medicaid/PCAP and Child Health Plus; provide education on topics such as breastfeeding, baby care, lead poisoning, immunization, nutrition, HIV/AIDS, domestic violence, and substance abuse; provide referrals to food pantries, housing assistance, educational programs, childcare, and other services; and provide support and help to overcome the barriers that prevent families from receiving a healthy start in life. Collaborates with community agencies and service providers to support families based on their cultural and individual strengths and needs to provide preventive and foster care services. Provides child welfare program, adoption services, preventive services, and foster care resulting from voluntary or court placement. Preventive services are supports and assistance to help a family learn skills (such as coping skills, parenting skills, budgeting skills, anger management, etc.) that will prevent a child from being abused and therefore removed from the home.

Provides an opportunity for those involved in harm to discuss what happened, what they were thinking, and what might repair the harm. In a Conference, those who cause harm, those who experience harm, support people, and community members sit down with a facilitator to uncover the impact of the harm and come to consensus about ways to build or rebuild relationships. Anybody can refer a conflict to the Erie County Restorative Justice Coalition for Restorative Conferencing.
