A discount program designed to honor local Veterans while driving commerce to area businesses. Provides a "Thank A Vet" card, a complimentary photo ID discount card for honorably discharged Veterans that can be used at over 1,400 participating local businesses. The card is certified by the Erie County Clerk to show that a Veteran has produced their original discharge paper and has been honorably discharged. Program includes Pre-K Mentoring Project, Advantage Schools After-School Program, Juvenile Mentoring Program (JUMP), Conference Learning Center, Dual Language Parenting Skills Training, The Clothing Exchange and Building for Success Job Bank.

New transportation program starting March 1, 2025 providing free rides to veterans in need of reliable transportation for essential services. Two free rides per month in Dutchess County to medical appointments, including VA hospitals and local healthcare providers. One free ride in Dutchess County per month to a grocery store, pharmacy, or personal visit, helping veterans maintain independence and quality of life.

Recreation programs include gym and game room activities, pool and ping pong tables, games, and arts and crafts. Serves as a Cooling Center during times of excessive heat and as a Warming Center during times of excessive cold. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling or Warming Center is open before going there.
