The Outreach Pastoral Ministry provides food pantry, clothing, financial and pastoral services for members of the parish as well as individuals in need who reside in the communities of Farmingville and Holtsville. The program provides services Monday thru Friday throughout the year, and assists the needy with special initiates during Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and Back to School program. Registration is required to be assisted in the special initiate programs.

Provides a variety of services for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Provides comprehensive early childhood program for children 3-4 years of age. Serves residents of Manhasset, Great Neck, Roslyn, and Port Washington. Provides OCFS Licensed Day Care. Provides emergency ambulance services and installs wheelchair lifts and rotating seats in private and commercial vans.

Provides supervision of juveniles and adults who have been sentenced to probation including electronic monitoring and overseeing restitution payments. Offers juvenile diversion counseling and programming. The department also prepares pre-sentence investigations/reports for criminal and family courts as ordered by the courts.

Maintains all town roads including paving & repair, snow removal, street sweeping, and signage in the Town of Norfolk.

Focused on the athletic development of children and adults with special needs. Our mission is to create and provide fun and exciting programs for children and adults with special needs ages 3 and up; such programs will offer recreational sports for the children, adults, and their families.

Provides financial assistance to low-income working parents, or those in school, and need help with child care expenses.

This 14-16 month program is made up of three phases. During the Crisis Phase, which lasts 6-8 weeks, individuals live in home-like atmospheres, sharing work assignments and are introduced to curriculum, Bible Studies, and Christian lifestyles. In the Induction Phase, which runs 4-5 months, students complete the 14 Group Studies for New Christians' and Character Quality classes. During this phase discipline and order are taught through the development and application of Christian Principles. Upon completion of the Induction Phase, male students complete the program at either the Long Island Center or the Training Center in Rehrersburg, Pennsylvania where they continue Bible Studies, attend workshops, and are provided vocational training opportunities. Female students continue the program at the main site Ladies Residence.

Provides assistance in understanding Medicare, Medigap, policies and planning, private insurance, retiree and employer insurance, EPIC, Medicare Part D, the Medicare Savings Program and basic Medicaid eligibility.

Provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services through physical, occupational, speech therapy, including condition specific rehab for heart disease, strokes, etc.

Intermediate Care Facilities, Individualized Residential Alternatives, Supportive Apartments, and Home Sharing available for developmentally disabled persons. Transportation is available. Services available at the residences may include:

The Urgent Care Center treats patients with injuries and illnesses that require immediate medical attention but are not life threatening. Three urgent care centers provide a good alternative to seeking treatment in an Emergency Department, where one may experience a long wait while patients with critical illness or injuries are treated, or when your primary care doctor's office is booked or closed.
