The Parent-Child Home Program provides two home visits a week for families with children ages 2 and 3 years old during the school your (Oct-May). Each week the home visitor brings the family a book or educational toy that remains with them permanently. The home visitor models parenting techniques, emphasizes verbal interaction and learning through play. The goal is to help parents become their children's first and most important teacher and ensure that these children enter school ready to learn and succeed.
