Prevocational services are individually designed to prepare youth (age 14 or older) to engage in paid work, volunteer work, or career exploration. Prevocational services are not job-specific, but rather are geared toward facilitating success in any work environment for youth whose disabilities do not permit them access to other prevocational services.

This program offers older adults an opportunity to give back to their community, through volunteering. They can give of their time, talents and experience to engage in service activities that will assist in meeting the need of the community.

Course offerings include: Electric - National Center For Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Certification (TI) Level 1 & 2; HVAC - National Center For Construction Education And Research (NCCER) Certification (TI) Level 1; Plumbing - National Center For Construction Education And Research (NCCER) Certification (TI) Level 1 & 2; Construction Basics - National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Core; Construction Project Management - National Center For Construction Education And Research (NCCER) Certification (TI); Automatic Heating Program; Refrigeration and Air Conditioning 1 & 2; EPA Technician Certification Test Prep; Facilities Maintenance; Forklift Training; EPA Technician Certification Exam; Heavy Equipment Training Certification Courses; Heavy Equipment Operator; Pool and Spa Maintenance Technician; Home Inspector Program; Basic Carpentry Skills, Blueprint Reading; Electric 1 & 2; Plumbing 1 & 2; and OSHA 30 Training. All programs offered at various sites throughout Suffolk County. Course selection varies each semester.

Offers diagnostic and therapeutic services including X-rays, MRIs, CT/CAT Scans, Sonograms, Interventional Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.

Provides a support group for persons with eating disorders. A 12 Step program is available for recovery and is discussed at regular meetings. Check website for meeting dates, times and locations.

Provides state-of-the-art, clinically proven, intensive outpatient rehabilitation services for people with long and short term (TBI) traumatic brain injury including: traumatic and non-traumatic brain injury and disease, stroke/neurological problems, aneurysm, back and neck pain/injuries, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions and other accident-related conditions. Services include physical, occupational, speech-language, congnitive/perceptual/pshchological therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy, and chiropractic services, therapeutic recreational day program, support goups and a full-service hair salon. A TRICARE certified provider for the veteran population providing therapies to address Post Traumatic Stree Disorder and other psychological issues. Transportation services may be arragned with Elite Transport, which accepts many insurance carriers.

Provides community outreach services including a soup kitchen, clothing drives and compassionate visits to homes and assisted living facilities. Also offers Hospital Visitations and assistance to working individuals with a spouse, child, or parent in need. We are also offering winter coats to those in need. Bi-monthly food distribution includes fresh produce.

Provides mental health readjustment counseling to veterans who served in combat zones.

Provides free tutoring for adults who wish to learn English as a new language and to native English speakers who wish to improve reading or writing skills. One-to-one tutoring at times/places convenient for learner.

Serves and enforces civil processes issued by the courts, including Summons, Petitions, Subpoenas, Real and Personal Property Executions, Orders of Seizure, Attachment Orders, Warrants of Eviction, Orders of Protection, and Civil Arrest Warrants.

The Maternal and Child Health goal is to improve the health of Warren County families with a particular focus on mothers, babies and children. Postpartum care and evaluation, newborn care, breastfeeding support, child health, health education parenting support and immunization.

Offer food baskets for Thanksgiving and Christmas for low-income families. Also accepts donations of holiday foods and new gifts or toys.

Provides basic food for pregnant and postpartum women, infants, and children up to age 5. Eligible participants receive a food benefit card to purchase nutritious foods such as milk, eggs, cheese, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, cereal, peanut butter, and baby formula. Also offers nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and community referrals.
