Serves and executes the various legal processes issued by and for the several non-criminal courts of New York State and for jurisdictions of other states and countries throughout the world. The Civil Division is the enforcement vehicle for all civil courts, including small claims, city, county, state, and federal jurisdictions. Legal processes administered by the Civil Enforcement Division for the legal community and the general public include:

• Income and property executions
• Notices, summonses, subpoenas, and petitions
• Court orders: contempt of court, civil arrests, orders of seizure, and attachments
• Orders, Writs, and Warrants related to evictions

Provides free breakfast and lunch for any kids and teens ages 18 and under (and young adults with disabilities under 21).

Provides loans for homeowners in Erie County to make health and safety repairs to their homes. Eligible repairs include but are not limited to furnace and electrical repairs, repairs to address sewer/plumbing emergencies, and lead paint remediation. Program is funded by ECDSS, and loans are serviced by Home HeadQuarters, a non-profit, certified Community Development Financial Institution.

Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering pediatrics, internal medicine/family medicine, OB/GYN, pediatric and adult dental services, podiatry, social work, nutritional counseling, medications for opioid use disorder, and pharmacy with home delivery. Serves all populations with special focus on the medically under-insured, uninsured, and those experiencing homelessness. Also provides onsite lab, ultrasound, STD testing, COVID-19 testing and vaccines, health education/groups, blood pressure screening, and free walk-in pregnancy testing. Provides transportation assistance to help clients get to appointments and referral assistance. Participates in 340B drug discount program and has onsite enrollers for the New York State of Health insurance marketplace. Hospital affiliations: Sisters Hospital and the John R. Provides cultural and educational services for the community. Also offers a Native American resource room with an extensive special collection of resource materials. The two branches of the SNI Library are affiliated with the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus County Library System. The two branches are open to the general public and are funded by the New York State Department of Education. Both locations are excellent resources for more information on Seneca and Native American culture, as well as genealogy.

College Student Programs and Services include: College Kickoff for Incoming Freshmen - event to introduce students to what to expect when they get to college, and give them the tools to be successful once they begin. Paid Internships: Say Yes Buffalo Scholars who have completed their first year of college are able to apply for paid internships at companies and organizations throughout Western New York. Scholars are supported with workshops and training on topics such as resumes and preparing cover letters, interviewing skills and networking. Scholar Mentoring Program - students entering their freshman year at a Western New York college or university can apply to be matched with a mentor. The pair meets consistently for 18 months, and the mentor guides the student through the transition to college. Summer Success Academies - students who attend Buffalo State, Erie Community or Medaille Colleges have the opportunity to enroll in free summer programs prior to the start of their freshman college year to help put them on track to be successful once they officially start classes. Students are eligible to be paid for participating through the City of Buffalo's Mayor Summer Youth program.

1 and 2 bedroom apartments for seniors 55 years of age and older.

Provides free eviction defense and advocacy to families and individuals who are at risk of, or are facing, eviction. Services provided include:

• Legal Advice: Assisting tenants facing eviction to better understand their rights and options;
• Eviction Prevention Assistance: Intervening with the landlord or housing provider on the tenant's behalf to attempt to resolve the underlying issue before the matter proceeds to court, allowing the continuance of the tenancy and stabilization of the tenant in their home;
• Eviction Representation: Appearing with tenants in court; and
• Referrals: Providing tenants with information about financial assistance and other services that may resolve the issues that led to a potential eviction in an effort to stabilize the tenant in their home.

Provides school-age children, adolescents, and parents with immediate and confidential support and problem solving assistance for problems of every day living. Callers who talk of suicide, depression, drug and/or alcohol use/abuse receive assessment and linkage to appropriate agencies and community services. Specially trained counselors assist young callers to deal effectively with the many changes, frustrations, pressures, and decisions of the day to day experience of growing up. Also assists parents in dealing more effectively with the increasing stress and demands of raising children.

Women's health center, providing primary care, OB/GYN, prenatal care, preconception care, community clinic, and midwifery. ##REENTRY##
