College Student Programs and Services include:
College Kickoff for Incoming Freshmen - event to introduce students to what to expect when they get to college, and give them the tools to be successful once they begin.
Paid Internships: Say Yes Buffalo Scholars who have completed their first year of college are able to apply for paid internships at companies and organizations throughout Western New York. Scholars are supported with workshops and training on topics such as resumes and preparing cover letters, interviewing skills and networking.
Scholar Mentoring Program - students entering their freshman year at a Western New York college or university can apply to be matched with a mentor. The pair meets consistently for 18 months, and the mentor guides the student through the transition to college.
Summer Success Academies - students who attend Buffalo State, Erie Community or Medaille Colleges have the opportunity to enroll in free summer programs prior to the start of their freshman college year to help put them on track to be successful once they officially start classes. Students are eligible to be paid for participating through the City of Buffalo's Mayor Summer Youth program.

Provides free eviction defense and advocacy to families and individuals who are at risk of, or are facing, eviction.
Services provided include:
- Legal Advice: Assisting tenants facing eviction to better understand their rights and options;
- Eviction Prevention Assistance: Intervening with the landlord or housing provider on the tenant's behalf to attempt to resolve the underlying issue before the matter proceeds to court, allowing the continuance of the tenancy and stabilization of the tenant in their home;
- Eviction Representation: Appearing with tenants in court; and
- Referrals: Providing tenants with information about financial assistance and other services that may resolve the issues that led to a potential eviction in an effort to stabilize the tenant in their home.

Callers who talk of suicide, depression, drug and/or alcohol use/abuse receive assessment and linkage to appropriate agencies and community services. Specially trained counselors assist young callers to deal effectively with the many changes, frustrations, pressures, and decisions of the day to day experience of growing up. Also assists parents in dealing more effectively with the increasing stress and demands of raising children.
