The AIDS Program provides a wide range of services on a 24-hour basis to people with HIV infection and AIDS. Services are provided to anyone with HIV-related needs referred to the Medical Center, regardless of ability to pay. A case manager will assist patients in identifying resources available to them to help pay their bills, if necessary.

The groups adhere to a 6-segment agenda, providing participants with an opportunity to express themselves and find support from others who can relate to their situation.

Provides traditional home care with nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapy, home health aides, diabetes and wound disease management programs, joint replacements, cardiopulmonary, telemonitoring, fall preventions, and memory care for patients with Dementia/Alzheimers Disease. Provides work-related clothing to low income women seeking employment. Women are referred to this program by agencies and organizations that deal with a variety of women's issues. The organizations may include job training programs, domestic violence agencies, and incarcerated women programs. Each client receives individual attention by appointment only. The program will accept donations from private residents, organizations and businesses of new or slightly used clothing as long as the clothing is in excellent wearable condition, laundered or dry cleaned and preferably on hangers. A Professional Women's Group (PWG) is available for women who have completed the program and are working. Donate new and gently loved women’s business clothing and accessories such as handbags, scarves and jewelry. Call us at 631-451-9127 if you would like to make a clothing or monetary donation.
