Students work in the field four days of the week and one day in the classroom to review worksite attitudes and behaviors, specific job skills, time management, appropriate work attire, personal hygiene, self-advocacy, problem solving and safety awareness.

Crews within each county are responsible for the day-to-day road maintenance and operation of the state roadways within their jurisdiction, including repairing pot holes.
