Patients (with or without escort) must be ambulatory and require no medical monitoring or care en route. These trips are non-local medical care over 50 miles away and the typical trip does not exceed 300 miles. Volunteer Pilot Organizations: volunteer pilots donate their time and plane to transport patients to life-saving medical care.
