Offers opportunities for child and adolescent witnesses/victims to explore, under the guidance of a Master's level counselor, issues related to the violence they have experienced or witnessed. Services are available to children and adolescents, ages 4-18, free of charge. Counseling services are offered at various locations throughout Western Suffolk County. The mobile crisis team is made up of mental health professionals that offer crisis prevention and intervention to individuals and families within Franklin County who are experiencing a behavioral health or emotional crisis. The mobile crisis team provides crisis assessment, support, intervention and follow-up planning as well as linking to ongoing appropriate community services.

Grows seed clams, oysters and bay scallops for the enhancement/restoration of natural shellfish populations in local town and New York State waters. Offers public education on the importance of shellfish through facility and site tours. Also offers to the public oyster gardening opportunities.
