Provides free or low-cost legal resources to established or start-up businesses, in the form of consultations with attorneys and educational programs on small business legal topics.

Teaches people how to prevent, prepare for, and respond to health-related emergencies through skills in CPR.

Offers a 30-credit program which prepares you for an administrative post in K-12 public and private school systems. Through an advanced curriculum you will receive the training and credentials needed to qualify for New York State certification as both a school building leader and a school district leader. Upon completion of the coursework, students must pass the New York State School Leadership Assessment. Course offerings include topics in leadership, supervision, law and curricular concerns in public school administration, as well as district administrative problems and solutions. Under the mentorship of a school administrator, students will complete a 400-hour, hands-on administrative internship. Candidates for this program must possess a master’s degree, permanent teaching certificate and three years of teaching under such certification. Call for more detailed information.

Offers culinary courses in: Commercial Culinary Arts Program and Professional Baking. Additional course offerings include: Culinary Tour of the World; Holiday Baking; Introduction to French Pastries; Cooking 1-2-3; Deceptively Delicious and Sweet Treats. All programs offered at various sites throughout Suffolk County. Selection varies each semester.

Delivers meals, Mon-Fri, to home bound older residents in the community. Recruits volunteers to deliver meals 1 hour per week from 11:00 am-1:00 pm. Volunteers can work alone or in teams. Children and teenagers can volunteer, but must work with an adult.

Provides dog (and/or wildlife in some cases) control services for the Town and Village of Cazenovia.
