Should it be necessary to call upon the services of another legal services program or refer the client to the private bar, our count contracted attorney shall assist the elderly individual in establishing the relationship with the referral attorney, and shall follow-up with such attorney or the client to assure that adequate and appropriate service has been provided.

Please note that the attorney is available through the DHS office, by appointment only, for telephone consultations.
