Clinic aimed to diagnose and treat an individual's mental illness, to work with the individual in developing a plan of care. The goals of a clinic treatment program that serves children are early assessment and identification of childhood emotional disturbances, and engagement of the child and family in the development of a plan of care.

Offers remedial courses for students in grades 6–12 to make up deficiencies in academic work. This wide variety of remedial courses can benefit students with low or failing grades. These courses help to address regression or summer slide in order to prepare students for upcoming courses. This does not replace a full course year. Residents within the ten (10) participating districts (listed below) whose children are registered in public, private or parochial schools, grades 6-12, are eligible to attend, with permission of their home school principal or designee. Non-resident students (in districts not listed below) are permitted to register after all residents are accommodated. Works with children who have been diagnosed with psychological/mental health issues and are at risk of long-term hospitalization or placement in a residential facility. Offers home and/and or school visits on a weekly basis. Services include, but are not limited to, anger management, school advocacy, life skills, coaching, communication skills, job assistance, self-esteem and self-awareness. Matches volunteers with homebound seniors for weekly supportive phone calls. Telephone calls on a regular basis to ensure seniors their good health and safety, and to reassure them that help is available if and when they need it.

Provides an informative newsletter designed to bring items of interest, on various topics, and resources in the community for senior citizens. These newsletters can be picked up or mailed to seniors registered with the Putnam Office of the Aging through the ID Program.

Offers transportation to older adults for daily activities, classes, grocery shopping and medical appointments.

PRCNY provides free education, emotional support, support groups, and healthcare referrals to pregnant and postpartum mothers and fathers experiencing depression and/or anxiety (perinatal mood and anxiety disorders including postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis). Moms on Call and Family Telephone Support provided by trained volunteers. Circle of Caring support groups and training provided to healthcare providers and the community. Information and referral is also available on miscarriage, stillborn birth, abortion, and adoption.

Volunteer Ombudsmen advocate for elderly residents and their families in nursing homes, adult homes and hospitals. The Ombudsmen investigate complaints and helps to resolve problems. This is a federally mandated program.
