Public library. Offers 8 public access computers and 6 public laptops with free internet access and Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Ancestry.com, and numerous databases. Printing is available at 10 cents per page for B&W and 25 cents for color. There are also 3 children's computers available and 2 scanners. Meeting room available as well. Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there.

The Center offers multi-disciplinary assessments and evaluations for children suspected of having a developmental disability, including autism spectrum disorder. If the results of the assessment indicate the need for treatment, the team will provide individualized behavioral programming, occupational therapy, speech therapy and medical management including developmental pharmacology. Also specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric difficulties.

A seasonal program in collaboration with Colvin Cleaners that provides winter garments, including coats, hats, scarves, gloves, and boots for families in need.

Provides services to assist individuals with their return to mainstream society during the process of their release or after having been released from prison. Assistance includes group counseling, job referrals, enrollment in an educational program, assistance applying for food stamps and Medicaid, and supportive living housing. Also provides court advocacy for individuals who are mandated by the court to attend one of BTB's programs, as well as those individuals who voluntarily enroll in the BTB program and/or are also involved in the court (have been charged with a crime). Collaborates with many agencies to provide referrals and linkages to services that are mandated by parole and/or the court. Provides mentoring to men, women, and youth. A mentor is assigned to each individual and he or she provides assistance navigating whatever issues are confronting the individual's life. Operates supportive housing facilities for individuals who are clean and sober. Inpatient and outpatient services available. Length of program varies. ##REENTRY##

Full service outpatient women's health clinic, offering OB/GYN care; preconception and prenatal care; STD screening and treatment; social work; endocrinology; confidential pregnancy testing; nutrition services; and smoking cessation.

Provides career training for the roles of Certified Nurse Aide, Patient Care Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Security Officer, or Construction Worker. Students may also complete their High School Equivalency if in need of it. Housing, meals, basic medical, and other benefits are available to those who qualify. Assistance with job placement available upon completion.

Provides comprehensive treatment, recovery, and support services for individuals and families impacted by mental health and substance use challenges. Services offered include individual and group counseling, medical and psychiatric care, family support coordination, addiction medicine consultations, opiate overdose prevention training, recovery coaching and peer support services, care coordination, community outreach and education, harm reduction services, a therapy dog program, and more. An affiliate agency to the Visiting Nursing Association of WNY. Provides home medical equipment, IV therapy, nursing, personal care, pharmacy, ventilator dependent care, and enterostomal therapy. All services accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

Provide high-quality early care and education services for children ages 6 weeks through 5 years. Program is designed to support the developmental, emotional, social, and cognitive growth of young children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Offers:

Provides individually customized support by licensed grief professionals, acknowledging that grief affects everyone differently. Anyone is eligible to call and receive support. Supportive services include telephone support, counseling referrals, group referrals, youth support resources, resource library, and educational presentations. As an affiliate of Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo, also provides counseling and support groups for those in the hospice bereavement program.

Provides hourly respite and overnight respite (out of home) in planned or emergency situations (transportation is arranged whenever possible). Agency also provides residential habilitation, assistance with transportation issues, linkage, referral and assessment, intake, and advocacy for developmentally disabled children and adults living with family.
