Provides educational programming to groups of youth in Orleans and Genesee Counties as part of the NYS Department of Health CAPP Grant. Works to provide adolescents with information on consent, sexually transmitted infections, HIV, pregnancy, birth control, condom use, sexting, and healthy relationships through an evidence-based curriculum to prepare them to make their own informed sexual health decisions. The purpose to delay initial sexual encounters, reduce teen pregnancy and STI rates, and decrease disparities in health outcomes among youth.

Public library. Offers 19 Public Access Computers with Microsoft Office and Internet access. Meeting room and copy machine available. Various children and adult programming such as story time, craft classes, and more. Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat. Mental Health Community Residence is a 12-bed residence providing 24-hour care to people who are overcoming a serious mental health diagnosis. Supportive Apartments are available for those needing minimal supervision, up to 21 hours per week. Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA) offers 24 hour supervised living in various sites throughout Orleans and Genesee County.

Meets the emergency needs of infants and very young children by providing them with a supply of diapers, infant formula, baby food, and baby care products. Limited quantities available.

Provides early childhood education and social services to farm workers and other eligible families. Children benefit from cultural and linguistically diverse programming. Accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and licensed by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services.

Offers rehabilitative care for a variety of orthopedic problems including spine injuries, back surgery, fractures, knee surgery, sports related injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, sprains and strains, joint replacements, and neurological disorders. Offers work therapy, speech therapy, voice therapy, and occupational therapy. Staffed with physical, occupational, and speech therapists.

Provides comprehensive dental care. Equipped to support the complex dental health of special needs patients.

A project of T-Mobile providing free internet, free mobile hotspots, and 100GB of data per year for 5 years to students in grades K-12 who are on the National School Lunch Program. Program is meant to help close the homework gap by ensuring that lack of internet access is not a barrier to any child's education.

A "one-stop shop" system with access to City of Buffalo services, information, and non-emergency police services. Residents can dial 311 within city limits, 716-851-4890 outside the city, visit the website, or download the BUFF311 App to report service needs, check on the status of previous service requests, or obtain information regarding city programs. A report or request can be sent anonymously through the 311 applications, made via online requests or by calling the office. Program is designed for children 3-8 explore and learn about nature with an adult. During this program there is a brief lesson, nature walk, snack, and craft. Each month, the visitors will learn about a different nature based topic.

Social adult day care program for physically and/or mentally impaired adults that offers support, supervision, stimulation, and socialization for clients, along with respite and support for caregivers. Offers recreational and inter-generational activities with support staff from Kaleida Health System. Also offers personal care (including shower and beauty salon services), lunch and snacks, case management, and family support groups.

A federally funded program administered by New York State to assist low income families with their energy needs. Multiple components are available to residents while funding is available. Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) components include Regular and Emergency benefit assistance towards heating and electricity costs, furnace repair, replacement, clean and tune, and cooling assistance. All approved benefits result in a credit on the heating or electric bill, or a delivery of fuel, equaling the benefit amount. Programs run annually until funding is exhausted. The Regular HEAP Benefit is closed. The Emergency HEAP Benefit is closed. The Heating Equipment Repair & Replacement (HERR) Benefit is closed. The Clean & Tune Benefit is closed. Applicants must meet all HEAP eligibility criteria in order to be eligible for the Heating Equipment Clean and Tune benefit. The Cooling Assistance Benefit is open. Applicants must meet all HEAP eligibility criteria and a household member must have a medical need in order to be eligible for the Cooling benefit. All applicants are required to provide medical documentation that their medical condition is exacerbated by extreme heat, unless there is a vulnerable member in their household.
