This Department is responsible for issuing all building permits and certificates of occupancy, conducting inspections and enforcing many aspects of the Town Code.

Join the Clinton County Youth Bureau, Town of Plattsburgh Parks & Recreation Department, and Beekmantown Central School for four Winter Fun Runs. Each Monday in March youth up to age 18 will be able to participate for free in our Fun Runs on the Beekmantown indoor track.
