Outpatient program consists of one to three sessions of individual and group counseling per week. Intensive outpatient care includes 3 hours of treatment per day for three days a week for six weeks. Individualized treatment for each person and their family designed to address the mental, physical, behavioral and spiritual effects of their substance abuse. Flexible schedule of services enables the client to participate in treatment while continuing their daily responsibilities. Program is licensed by the Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS). Offers support group for family and friends of chemically dependent individuals. Meets every Wednesday at 5:30pm in the Chemical Dependency Office.

Immunization education and outreach.

Known as BCADA or Baldwin Community House, implements Too Good For Drugs in the BUFSD elementary schools; sponsors the Community Coalition of Baldwin.

Provides information on town government issues and services.

Offers child seat safety inspections and installations, along with other child passenger safety information.

Helps homeless and transient youth and young adults, many of whom have dropped out of school, move from dependence to self-sufficiency.Participants can receive: outreach services assistance locating safe housing intensive case-management independent living skills training crisis management parenting skills training paid apprenticeships to help them develop skills necessary to secure unsubsidized work Housing Scholarship program, transitional living program in the Youth Outreach Program, houses homeless and transient youth and young adults houses in scattered site apartments. Rent and utilities paid for 12 to 18 months while services and support are offered to: develop skills necessary to maintain stable housing identify and pursue educational and career pathway to provide a livable wage become productive members of the community

Provides health care services including screening evaluations, psychiatric assessments, medication therapy, individual therapy, and supportive education. Offers in person and virtual appointments.

Partners with community organizations to support programs for parents and caregivers that include assessment, guidance, treatment, and/or parenting education for young and developing families. Our trained and experienced clinicians offer: Supportive services for families with babies and young children in our clinic, on location in a school or other appropriate setting, via home visiting, or Telehealth; Developmentally informed, dyadic trauma treatment for 0-6 year-olds and their parents; Clinicians are fully rostered in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), an evidence-based trauma intervention; we are the only clinic on Long Island able to provide CPP training; Consultation for mental health, behavioral, and/or developmental concerns; Consultation in childcare, school, or other group settings; Consultation in health care settings, such as hospitals or primary care clinics; Parent education and guidance; Support groups for parents, or kinship caregivers, in our clinic or on location in the community and Psychoeducational and reflective groups for parents in our clinic or on location in the community. Offers a support group for individuals with epilepsy, to discuss and and share ideas, concerns and solutions about living with the disease.

Offers patients attending the outpatient clinic help with a daily needs, such as applications for housing, social services, or other information and referral for particular life-sustaining needs.

Offers a support group for formerly incarcerated individuals who are transitioning from jail or prison life, back into the mainstream of society, and can share their concerns and situations they are encountering.

Offers several home care and long term care programs, depending on eligibility and care needs, to individuals who require assistance at home due to age, illness, post hospitalization, or disability.

Provides information and referrals to individuals who call regarding services, advocacy, and resources for themselves or family members with disabilities.

Provides a number of support services for anyone who is a victim of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include 24/7 hotline, confidential emergency shelter, crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, court assistance and accompaniment, safety for pets left behind, transportation, translation and referrals to other services or resources that will be needed. Also provides multilingual and culturally focused services for lesbians, gays, Latinos, African-American, Asian, Haitian, and Jewish Orthodox.

Food pantry available to community members in need of food assistance. Items include (but are not limited to) non-perishables, dairy, frozen meats, and fresh produce (seasonally).

Volunteer opportunities for those individuals who would like to advocate for those with disabilities. Can range from helping an individual or working to change system-based disability issues.

Maintains all town roads including paving & repair, snow removal, street sweeping, and signage in the Town of Copake. Picks up residential brush & leaves and provides waste management information for Town of Copake residents.

Offers exercise program for individuals with disabilities and medical conditions.

Enforces Article 13-F of the NYS Public Health Law, also known as the Adolescent Tobacco-Use Prevention Act (ATUPA). ATUPA was created to help prevent the sale of tobacco products and accessories to anyone under the age of 21. Tobacco products include cigarettes, cigars, bidis, chewing tobacco and powdered tobacco, rolling papers, smoking paraphernalia, or any other tobacco products. ATUPA has been amended to also prohibit the sale of vapor products, including electronic cigarettes and liquid nicotine, to anyone under the age of 21. ATUPA also bans all flavors of vapor products, with the exception of tobacco flavor. To file a complaint or report a retailer that is selling to anyone under the age of 21 or is selling flavors illegally, please contact the ATUPA Bureau.

Offers low interest loans at an interest rate of 0 to 4 percent for terms of up to 20 years to assist property owners to make critical repairs to their properties. Funding under the program is extremely limited and generally available for emergency repairs only.
