Coordinated Entry is a system where clients who meet one of the definitions of homelessness can be referred to a waitlist of supportive housing resources in Tompkins County. The client has to complete the coordinated assessment with a trained provider. Offers a wide range of licensing, records, and informational services to village residents. Licensing and permits include disabled parking permits, garage sale permits, hauling permits, and parking permits. Maintains village records and archives as well as offers notary public services. Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Village of Carthage from June 1st through October 31st. After October 31st all paperwork goes to the Jefferson County Treasurer's Office.

Caregiver support groups provide tips and non-judgmental support to caregivers, family members, and concerned friends. Early stage patient support groups give those in the early stages of Alzheimer's an opportunity to discuss issues related to living with the disease with peers who share similar experiences.
