Power of Change which is a support/educational group for victims of domestic violence cycle of violence, characteristics of a healthy and unhealthy relationship, and the effects that domestic violence has on the entire family. Aid to Victims of Violence is a free, comprehensive, confidential service to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, rape, and other crimes. We have a 24 hour crisis hotline 607-756-6363 Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. We provide advocacy, accompaniment, crisis intervention, legal referrals, phone counseling, prevention education, support counseling, and support groups.
