Provides a wide array of programming for infants through senior citizens. These programs are greatly varied, so that people of differing abilities may participate. Some of the programs include aerobics, aqua exercise, fitness programs, indoor track, basketball, gym classes, specialty camps, country line dancing, volleyball, soccer and swimming lessons for all ages, and pre-school and school age swim instruction.

Benefits advisement services can assist an individual with managing existing benefits, seek others, and understand the impact earned income will have on cash benefits and entitlement programs such as: Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Medicaid, and Medicare, Medicaid-Buy-In, Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE), private insurance coverage, food stamps, PASS plans, public assistance benefits (i.e., Family Assistance or Safety Net benefits), student loans, and financial aid (e.g., TAP and PELL grants). Benefits advisors can provide individuals with disabilities accurate information to make an informed choice about work and financial independence.

Provides meaningful opportunities for individuals age 55 and older to serve their communities, while making an impact on critical community needs. Through volunteering, seniors provide major cost savings to agencies and municipalities.

Housing Supports are designed to help people live as independently as possible in a community setting through person-centered supports and services. Residences range in size and with varying levels of support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities of all ages. Homes and apartments are located throughout Chemung and Schuyler counties. All residential options are designed to be family-like in all-male, all-female, or co-ed settings. Direct Support Professionals are on-site 24-hours-a-day to assist with cooking, housekeeping, and daily life skills. The supportive apartment program supplements the needs of people who are living on their own, but who may need periodic financial and staff supports to retain their independent living. Also offers a respite program to families who are responsible for the daily care of a loved one with a developmental disability and need relief.

Provides legal resources to help individuals protect their rights and navigate the legal system.

Offers subsidized rental apartments to low-moderate income individuals with a disability or to the elderly.

Provides information for individuals, families, businesses and communities about preparing for and responding to natural and man-made disasters, acts of terrorism, bioterrorism, infectious disease outbreaks and other public health emergencies. Assists in bringing partners together in times of emergency or disaster.

Provides access to local public records. Fulfills Freedom of Information requests. Administers various state and local license permits. Serves as the Registrar of Vital Statistics and provides various services related to birth and death certificates, and marriage licenses. Issues dog licenses and provides dog control services.

Provides fee-based exploration day camp for children and teens through out the summer. Activities includes exploring animals, poetry, art and music as well as cooking, nutrition, and sports. Two age groups available, ages 5 to 11 and 12 to 18.
