Partnership of Orleans County Legislature and the New York State Association of Counties (NYSAC) to provide residents with a new voluntary Dental Network Card Program. Dentists in the network have agreed to charge reduced fees for dental services.

Provides an all-girl, girl-led Girl Scout Leadership Experience that helps girls discover their personal best, prepare for a positive future, connect with others in an increasingly diverse world, and take action to solve problems and improve their communities. Girls from kindergarten through 12th grade are immersed in fun and educational experiences in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math), Outdoors, Life Skills, and Entrepreneurship. Provides a Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Screening, a standardized, 1:1 assessment used to identify whether a Medicaid member has unmet social needs that impact their health. Screenings are provided by a Social Care Navigator, a trained professional who guides Medicaid members through the process of addressing their identified social needs. Navigators may provide Eligibility Assessments, Social Care Plans, referrals, care coordination, and follow-up. Over the phone translation available for more than 180 languages.

Offers Abortion Care, Birth Control, Breast Exams, Colposcopy, Emergency Contraception, GYN Care, Gender Affirming Hormone Care, Health Counseling, HIV testing, Counseling and Education, HIV Prevention (PrEP), HPV Vaccine, Pap Tests, Pregnancy Testing and Options Counseling, Smoking Cessation, STD testing and treatment. Planned Parenthood health centers support and welcome patients of all gender identities and sexual orientations, and offer care regardless of citizenship status.

A project of T-Mobile providing free internet, free mobile hotspots, and 100GB of data per year for 5 years to students in grades K-12 who are on the National School Lunch Program. Program is meant to help close the homework gap by ensuring that lack of internet access is not a barrier to any child's education.

Provides supplemental food program for pregnant women, infants, and children under age 5. Approved clients will receive checks (vouchers) each month to purchase formula, milk, eggs, cheese, juice, and nutritious foods. Offers counseling, referrals, nutritional meetings, and breastfeeding counseling and support. Democratically run supportive living for persons in recovery from drug and/or alcohol addiction. Use of drugs or alcohol, disruptive behavior, and non-payment of rent are causes for dismissal from the house.

Provides transportation to medical appointments for ambulatory patients age 60 and older. Trained volunteers provide this service which can be used for transport in and out of Chautauqua County on an "as available" basis.

Assists parents with child care referrals and options paying for child care. Assists child care providers with technical assistance and training for all modalities of child care. Offers start up grants for in-home registered or licensed programs. Provides reimbursement to child care providers for serving healthy/approved meals and snacks through the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Provides application assistance for Legally Exempt providers, including health and safety grants.

Offers a trans-affirmative environment where clients can be linked to sexual health services, social groups, and support groups, as well as engage in an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider and/or a mental health provider to address the full spectrum of health and wellness needs. Also provides linkage to services tailored for clients of transgender experience that need additional support. Staff offer information, assistance, and referrals regarding benefits and entitlements, including insurance, housing, and linkages to other supportive services.
