Early Head Start: infants, toddlers, pregnant women and their families in year-round home-based or child care center programs to enhance children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. Helps pregnant women receive comprehensive care, supports parents as their child's first teacher and supports families moving toward self-sufficiency.
