With a curriculum built for campers trying their hand at magic for the first time, to those with prior experience, our magic camp offers illusions for everyone. Our passionate instructors look to provide guidance and instruction on group and personal levels. Not only do we teach tricks and technique, but also aim to improve communications skills, helping to build self-esteem and confidence. The camp is extremely interactive and teaches magic through hands-on instruction and demonstrations. Instructors explore various magical genres throughout the week and also teach a bit about the history behind them; stage, parlor, street, close-up, slight-of hand - amongst others - and allow campers to be creative and explore which they feel most comfortable with. Along with “tricks of the trade” some highlights of the program are; card tricks, misdirection, coin magic, rope tricks, mind reading games, improv skills and performance tips.
