The Easy Access membership for lower income individuals (150% FPL or less). Those receiving EBT/food stamps, Medicaid, or Free and Reduced school lunch are eligible. Comes with waived application fee, reduced monthly membership fee and $15 monthly driving credit. t Plans for organizations and businesses. Cornell University staff that participate in a commuter program eligible to receive discount. Cornell students also receive the discount.
