We offer a wide variety of services including 3 supportive housing programs.For individuals who meet the criteria interest free bail loans up to $2000 are offeredDoes not provide bail for Felonies, Warrants , Parole/probations violations, or Criminal Contempt Charges.

INCARCERATED PERSON ASSISTANCE PROGRAM | NASSAU COUNTY COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS

Advocates for the incarcerated persons and, where possible, secures their release on bond with monies from various sources or into the custody of Nassau Incarcerated Person Assistance Program (I.P.A.P.). In addition to securing their release, if appropriate, the individuals are given supportive counseling and assistance in finding meaningful job opportunities.
