Lighthouse Mission will be assiting our neighbors in need this Christmas by providing gifts, a family Bible, and prayer for local families. New unwrapped gifts for kids and teens are always needed. Donations accepted by December 19th.

Broome County Toys for Tots, is open Monday - Friday from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm and Saturdays from 9am-12pm. we will also have extended hours for signups on Wednesday December 3rd and December 10th from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. We will be located at 243 Main St., Johnson City, the former Johnson City Village Office. In order to sign up for Broome County Toys for Tots, you must provide the following documents and meet the following criteria:1) Must be a Broome County Resident and provide documentation to prove address2) Must provide Birth Certificates for all children3) If you are not the parent, you must provide the family court custody documents 4) Must show Photo identification5) Children must be between the ages of 1-10 years (No infants)IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP AT THE SALVATION ARMY OR CATHOLIC CHARITIES, YOU CANNOT SIGN UP AT THIS LOCATIONDonations can be dropped off during the hours of operation until Tuesday, December 19th. Drop off barrels are located at the Binghamton Police Department, Broome County Sheriff's Office, Endicott Police Department, Johnson City Police Department, and the Vestal Police Department. As well as barrels throughout Broome County.

Helps in finding housing, clothing, furniture, emergency food, child care, etc. Referral to counseling, self-help groups, social services, legal aid. Offers Thanksgiving assistance. Offers Christmas assistance of family food packages and clothing gifts for children. Represents rural needs on area agency boards and committees.

Eligibility requirements:
Any individuals and families that meet or fall below 150% of current Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Required Documentation:

• Photo ID for ALL adults in the house
• Birth certificates for ALL children
• Proof if Income for One Month
• Proof of Address
• Proof of Custody/Guardianship (if applicable)

Applicants must have all of the documents listed above or they will not be seen and will be asked to return during another sign-up time.
There will not be any other dates to apply after those listed above. Anyone seeking assistance after November 15th will be referred to another agency.

Manages the Toys for Tots program for families in need who reside in the Deposit Central School District. Low-income children (18 yrs or younger).To register your child call our office at 607-467-4000, or stop in during our office hours, registration begins Friday, October 17 and ends on Sunday, November 30.You must live within the Deposit school district. Be prepared to provide ID and proof of residency, if asked.The child must live with you, and be in your care.
