Free services are provided to anyone who identifies themselves as a victim of Domestic Violence. Services include BE SAFE Hotline; court accompaniment and advocacy; counseling; crisis case management; help with safety planning; information and referrals for counseling, housing, and other programs; help communicating with the Assistant District Attorney and police; help with medical, housing, employment and financial needs; education and training about abuse; assistance in filing Family Court Family Offense petitions; and VINE program registration for offender release information.

The source of the report as well as the report is kept confidential. The source can be anonymous if the reporter is not mandated by law to report. Veterans Crisis Line responder will help veterans get through the crisis and then connect them with the services, either from a local VA medical center or elsewhere in the community. After, a local suicide prevention coordinator (SPC) will reach out the next business day.
