Open registration is from October 1st to December 14th. A COPY OF A BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED FOR EACH CHILD AT DISTRIBUTION DAY. NO EXCEPTIONS. It takes a lot of time for the handful of volunteers to sort and organize thousands of toys. Applications after December 14th will not be honored. Distribution day is Sunday December 21st ONLY.
