Provides a food pantry, clothing, and household items to individuals in need.

Provides dental services to the community including routine check-ups and cleanings, filings and extractions, sealants, and oral cancer screenings.

Monitors new building conditions and construction and oversees the maintenance of older multi-family structures. Enforces the state and local building codes and housing standards and ordinances. Reviews applications for permits of new buildings, repairs, alterations, signs, and rooming houses. Accepts complaints from tenants about conditions the landlord fails to resolve.

Maintains order by enforcing Federal and State laws and local ordinances within Warren County, assists in the investigation and apprehension of suspects and criminals, investigates suspicious activities, makes arrests for law violations, checks on unoccupied businesses and residential properties, and watches for wanted/missing persons, stolen cars and property.

Responsible for the enforcement of laws which relate to the construction, repair, demolition, removal, or relocation of buildings or structures. Also responsible for researching, establishing, maintaining, and overseeing the implementation of general and specific/area plans for land use.

Provides information and training related to special education issues for parents and professionals.

Quality new and used clothing, bedding and household items.

Provides nutrition screening, specific supplemental foods, and nutrition education to program participants. Eligible WIC participants include women who are pregnant or breast-feeding, infants from birth to one year, and children from ages 1 to 5 years.
