Benefit amounts are based on the actual cost incurred to repair or replace your furnace, boiler, and/or other essential heating equipment, $4,000 for a repair and $8,000 for a replacement. A CCBHC is a community-based clinic that offers integrated mental health and substance use care, along with crisis services and care coordination. Instead of navigating multiple systems, individuals can receive support through a single, connected team. Provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, all in one place. Services include but are not limited to:

• Individual, family, and group counseling
• Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
• Substance use treatment, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Integrated mental health and substance use care
• Crisis support, including walk-in and same-day services when available
• Care coordination and peer support
• Trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies

Translation services and telehealth services available.

Offers a wide range of licensing, records, and informational services to town residents. Licensing and permits include marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses.

Offers a 60-hour training program created to assist entrepreneurs with starting or expanding their businesses. The Entrepreneurial Assistance program offers entrepreneurial training courses as well as technical and management seminars to those who are interested in starting or expanding their own businesses. Special efforts are made to recruit and select minorities, women, dislocated workers and persons with disabilities. The ten week program is designed for client entrepreneurs to interact in sixty hours business courses and seminars. Each class is three hours in duration. Client entrepreneurs receive one-on-one counseling, assistance with packaging business loans, mentor support, peer group support and a Small Business Resource Guide. A major requirement of the grant is the successful completion of a business plan by the participants. The Entrepreneurial Assistance Center is located in the Sally Ann Slacke Center on the Michel J. Hears cases involving vandalism, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, traffic violations, and other defenses that happen within the village or town. Accepts payments for restitution or fines ordered through the court.

Maintains all town roads including paving & repair, snow removal, street sweeping, and signage in the Town of Hillsdale.

Delivery service to residences, businesses and Post Office Boxes.

Offers transportation technology courses. Course offerings include: Automotive Repair Industry Certification Preparation (ASE); Automotive Skills; Auto Body Technician; Motorcycle Service and Repair; Auto Body Repair; Small Engine Repair; Marine Repair; and Basic Auto Mechanics and Maintenance. All programs offered at various sites throughout Suffolk County. Course offerings varies each semester. Also offered are Professional Automotive Services for the public. Automotive services are available in Oakdale (MTC) location. Services available October through June. Students are under the supervision of their instructors and can perform a wide range of automotive and tire services including: Car Inspection; Oil Change, Lube & Filter; Tire Repair, Rotation & Wheel Alignment; Brake Service and Belts & Hoses. Fall-Spring Family Programs provide respite needs while spreading the mission of health and happiness to children and families. Weekends include: Diabetes weekend, an Oncology camp for women, and an Autism weekend. Activities such as the ropes course, swimming, boating and other team building activities are offered.

Promotes and unifies the retail commercial, service and industrial businesses of Greater Westhampton as well as the professional leaders and institutions of the community. Advances community interests through study,research and legislative advocacy. Invests in the economic growth and development of the community.

Provides food and supplies to Long Island residents impacted by natural disasters. Food and supplies are distributed at disaster relief sites in affected communities. Call for information as location of sites can change.

Provides the community with a forum to resolve everyday dispute via mediation, conflict resolution services, and trainings.

IAVA VetTogethers are empowering local events uniting IAVA members and their supporters.

Provides an evidence-based family therapy program for families with children. Services are for youth and their families at risk and/or presenting with delinquency, family conflict, truancy, violence, substance use, gang-related behavior, and other behavioral disorders. Offers the therapies of Functional Family Therapy(FFT), Functional Family Therapy - Therapeutic Case Management services for (FFT-TCM), and Multisystemic Therapy (MST).

Offers a food pantry, thrift shop, referrals, and economic assistance to persons living within parish boundaries. Also provides Moms and Tots program.

Provides the necessary medical services for the care and support of ill or injured residents.

Designed to meet the diversity of needs for persons with Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities who are over the age of 5 years and their families. Counseling and support groups are available for the parents, siblings and grandparents. Programs offered include social and recreational programs, rap groups for adolescents and parents, referral and health related workshops, and medical information workshops. In-house library with toys, books, and audio-visual materials are also available.
