Mental health adult (18 and over) community residences are OMH-licensed group homes that vary in size from 8 to 14 individuals. They serve Medicaid-eligible individuals needing 24 hours a day - 7 days a week care from staff, who work intensely with the residents in formulating individualized service plans. These generally include medication management and training, life skills training, and services and interventions that support health and wellness.

Provides reference, information and referral and readers advisory. Range of programs and services include, but are not limited to, arts and crafts, fitness, lectures, travel discussions and a Teen Advisory Board.

Offers two complimentary senior adult courses A Matter of Balance and Tai Chi led by fitness experts. Each course provides an effective approach to reduce the risk of falls. A Matter of Balance is an eight-week program that offers tips to help avoid falls and increase personal safety and provides exercises to help build strength and balance. Tai Chi is an eight-week program designed to improve calmness, confidence, and muscular strength. A balance assessment is required one month before the start of Tai Chi. Offers courses in Dental Chairside Assistant; EKG Technician; Clinical Medical Assistant; Home Health Aide; Nurse Assistant; Phlebotomy Technician; Practical Nursing Program; Medical Office Biller/Coder ICD-10; Preparation For Practical Nursing Entrance Exam; Nurse Entrance Exam; Physical Therapy Aide; Certified Personal Trainer and Reiki 1,2,3. After completing the required amount of hours of training some courses above offer certification. All programs offered at various sites throughout Suffolk County in the day as well as the evening. Selection varies each semester.

Also provides multilingual and culturally focused services for lesbians, gays, Latinos, African-American, Asian, Haitian, and Jewish Orthodox.

Services include processing of driver's licenses-both originals and renewals, processing of learner's permits, non-driver's license (identification cards) vehicle registrations, issuance of titles, processing of Commercial Driver's License CDL permits and enforcement processing.
