Teams are composed of professionals from various disciplines whose primary focus is to investigate, intervene and prevent elder abuse and financial exploitation (age 60 and over). JFS coordinates the teams for Ulster.

Offers 24 hour skilled nursing care for individuals who require continuous medical care, due to age, illness or disability.

Has a couple of meeting rooms for local residents or non-profits groups to hold meetings or events. One room has a maximum capacity of 70 people and a smaller room, available during library hours which has a maximum capacity of 15.

Oasis programs create exciting, safe, and inclusive environments where children enjoy activities and develop life skills through quality experiences in the arts, athletics, nature, aquatics, and enrichment activities. Oasis at LIU Post utilizes the incredible collection of indoor and outdoor facilities located on the Post campus, including air-conditioned classrooms, a dining hall, an indoor swimming facility, and a state-of-the-art theater to create an amazing summer experience for our campers. These wonderful facilities feature lush fields, natural woodlands, and horseback riding trails, to complement our curriculum which includes arts and crafts, cooking, dance, sports and games, nature, swimming, and so much more. Sample Programs include: Early Start Program for Ages 3 To 5; Lower Camp Program for 1st And 2nd Grade; Upper Camp Program for 3rd To 5th Grade; Junior Teen Travel for 6th And 7th Grade; Teen Travel for 8th To 11th Grade and C.I.T. Ladders to Success, located at FCA's Learning Center, will prepare identified High School students in Mathematics, Algebra, Reading and English to attain the placement test scores they need to avoid remedial classes and immediately access credit-bearing classes at Nassau Community College and beyond. Services include Mentoring and counseling, tutoring to prepare for the accuplacer test, career readiness and vocational planning services, financial aid and FAFSA application assistance, guidance throughout the college application process from start to finish. Workshop learning topics include: dealing with anxieties, mindfulness, bullying, cultural diversity, and more.
