Provides a treatment program for clients suffering from Opioid Substance Use Disorder with a comprehensive, culturally competent bio-psycho-social treatment approach to assist the chemically dependent person(s) to cease the use of illicit and/or controlled substances and move towards leading a healthy and productive life. Provides Intensive Case Management(ICM) for seriously disturbed children and youths, ages 5-17 years, who are having difficulty functioning in the community.
