Molloy College offers continuing education courses for home inspectors to maintain their New York State license. Molloy College offers a New York state-approved program for you to become a licensed home inspector. Molloy College offers the approved 140-hour course of study consisting of the 5 Modules. The following five modules are offered: Home Inspection Module 1: Structure, roofing and exteriors; Home Inspection Module 2: Interiors, electrical systems, insulation and ventilation; Home Inspection Module 3: Heating, cooling and plumbing; Home Inspection Module 4: License law, overview of profession and report writing and Home Inspection Module 5: Field training. In collaboration with New York State Community Service Society, assist people who are enrolled in New York State Medicaid manage care plans and those who receive long-term care services; such as questions regarding Medicare and Medicaid programs for those receiving long-term care, managed care option, help to resolve problems with plan and providers, help in lodging complaints or appeal health care decisions. Medicaided Facilitated Enrollment Program is also offered for the aged, blind and disabled to assist in enrolling and receiving insurance programs, such as Medicaid, long term care (for homecare) enrollment, Medicaid recertification, Medicare Savings Program.

Offers programs to students ages 14 – 21 in grades 9th - 12th. The 12:1:4 Program at Premm Learning Center emphasizes a multi-sensory approach to learning. Emphasis is placed on improving cognition, sensory motor skills development and use of adaptive equipment to aid movement and independence. Students placed in the 12:1:4 class component are non-ambulatory and are dependent upon staff for meeting their needs throughout the school day. Classroom instruction is provided with hand over hand assistance. Related services of speech, occupational therapy and physical therapy are provided on a group push-in basis. The Building Department enforces all life, building, fire, and zoning codes for all occupancies both commercial and residential construction performed in the Town of Mount Pleasant. The Building Department oversees: life safety, fire safety, environmental issues, landfill issues, property maintenance, zoning determinations, plumbing inspections, blasting determinations, elevator inspections, drainage and retention, and signage.
