Supports include respite, community habilitation, recreation, after school programming, summer programming, broker services, early intervention services, children's mental health services, intensive parent training, children's health homes, and employment services.

Provides information on bed bugs, and what can be done to prevent infestation or to get rid of them. Apartment dwellers can call the landlord and have the area sprayed with pesticides, homeowners can call their local municipal building departments and get recommendations.Going on the website is strongly encouraged but if no internet access is available at all internet material can be printed and sent by mail.

Provides financial assistance to homeowners with emergency home repairs including code violations and major system repairs. Awards will be made based on the actual repair needs of the home which may include any issues related to health and safety, as well as general system upgrades needed to comply with local codes, including replacement of systems that would extend the useful life of the property. A program administrator will come out to the home to help create a scope of work once an application is filled out and basic eligibility is determined. The maximum award amount under this program is $35,000; however, exceptions will be made when the repair is fundamental to health and safety of the dwelling, and the final award will be based on the approved scope of work. Homeowners who receive an award under this program will sign a 10-year regulatory agreement. The award will be forgiven on a declining balance amortization schedule, such that the full award will be fully forgiven if the homeowner remains in the home with a sale or refinance for the full 10 years.

Connects community members with local farms to exchange volunteer labor for produce for these programs: Beverly J. Martin's Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Snack Program supplement snacks and hot meals served at Greater Ithaca Activities Center (GIAC) and Southside Community Center (SSCC) "market boxes" of seasonal produce to BJM, GIAC and SSCC families in the fall

Responsible for investigating all sex-related crimes including all instances of sexual assault or child molestation, felony-level child abuse cases, child abductions, and all child/infant deaths. Conducts non-criminal investigations involving persons missing for more than five days or under unusual or dangerous circumstances.

Offers energy conservation measures, health and safety measures, methods of reducing fuel consumption, insulation, heating system repair and replacement, and other minor repairs related to energy needs for residents of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Livingston, and Wyoming Counties.
