Investigates all crimes that involve persons under the age of 16 years. The Juvenile Offices are located within City Hall separate from the police department complex. This affords parents and juveniles a more comfortable and private atmosphere in which to talk to the Juvenile Officers.

A decision-making committee to determine eligibility and the appropriate level of services for preschool children aged 3-5. The CPSE is a multidisciplinary team established to conduct meetings to develop, review, or revise the Individual Education Program (IEP). of a student with a disability. The parent or legal guardian is included as a member of the committee.

A comprehensive child development Head Start/Preschool program designed to serve income eligible children 0-5 years of age including children with disabilities and their families.

An education and awareness program for separated and/or divorced parents and significant others who want to reduce conflict and parent effectively for their children. Topics covered include the impact of separation/divorce on children, cooperative and parallel approaches to co-parenting, legal issues related to custody and/or access, alternatives to litigation, and methods of communication and problem-solving. Sessions are scheduled based on groups' needs and availability.

Provides a weekly respite care program for adults at Christ Episcopal Church in Albion, NY. Provides respite for caregivers with organized activities, support, and supervision for those they care for.

Responsible for providing assistance to families affected by child abuse/neglect or adoption of a Seneca child. Offers parenting classes for foster parents and biological parents. Program strives to prevent out of home placement of Native children; goal of the case plan is to reunify the family. Program provides case management services and referrals to other agencies that will help the family serve the best interests of the child.

Drug/alcohol counseling provided to youth to become drug free.
