Provides comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, social and other services for children. Home Based and Classroom (center based) services are provided for pregnant women and children between birth and five years of age throughout Chautauqua County. Early Head Start services children ages 0-3 and Head Start services children ages 3-5.

Parenting education workshop for parents who are referred by the courts, other agencies, as well as self-referred parents who are not involved with the courts. Challenges such as substance abuse, mental health, custody and domestic violence are a few of the reasons parents attend the program. Several groups run at the same time and parents are placed in groups according to the age of their children. Workshop meets 3 hours once a week for 8 weeks.

Provides free eviction defense and advocacy to families and individuals who are at risk of, or are facing, eviction. Services provided include:

• Legal Advice: Assisting tenants facing eviction to better understand their rights and options;
• Eviction Prevention Assistance: Intervening with the landlord or housing provider on the tenant's behalf to attempt to resolve the underlying issue before the matter proceeds to court, allowing the continuance of the tenancy and stabilization of the tenant in their home;
• Eviction Representation: Appearing with tenants in court; and
• Referrals: Providing tenants with information about financial assistance and other services that may resolve the issues that led to a potential eviction in an effort to stabilize the tenant in their home.

Program services are provided by five partner agencies:

Provides on-site emergency food pantry for residents of specific streets in the City of North Tonawanda (call for details) and information on meal planning and budgeting. Provides rent, mortgage, and utility payment assistance to low income individuals and families when funds are available; funds are currently unavailable. Fair Housing Advocacy Program assists individuals who feel they are victims of discrimination when purchasing or renting a home. Offers information, assessment, and referral to the appropriate federal, state, or local human rights agency or court. Provides housing location services and landlord/tenant advocacy. Individual advocacy, information and referral, application assistance, asset management, and budget counseling are also available.

State-licensed clinic offering comprehensive programs representing a broad range of disciplines including psychiatry, psychology, nursing, and social work. Services include individual, family, and group counseling; groups including Men's Anger Management, Adolescent Boy's Anger Management, Sexual, Perpetrator's, Adult Victims of Sexual Abuse, and Anxiety Treatment (other groups run as needed); medication monitoring and evaluations; and outreach and education on topics related to mental health. Services available by tele-health and in the office with social distancing.

Provides case management, coordinated home care services including nursing care and management, physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, social work services, speech therapy, nutritional counseling, personal care, and homemaker/housekeeper services. The program can also coordinate a personal emergency response system, Meals on Wheels, respite care, adult day health care, and social day care. Visits by specialists such as podiatrists, dentists, and ophthalmologists are arranged as needed. Specialized services include: HIV/AIDS Home Care Program and Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver Services.

Fully integrated with a cardiac care center including 24-hour access to interventional cardiology procedures such as coronary angiograms, angioplasty, and stenting. Offers a dedicated psychiatric emergency department providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments for adults 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Also offers public disposal of sharps needles.

An education and awareness program for separated and/or divorced parents and significant others who want to reduce conflict and parent effectively for their children. Topics covered include the impact of separation/divorce on children, cooperative and parallel approaches to co-parenting, legal issues related to custody and/or access, alternatives to litigation, and methods of communication and problem-solving. Sessions are scheduled based on groups' needs and availability.
